Brian holds a Degree in Visual Design and Advertising, as well as a HND in Multimedia Design. He has taught NVQs and Modern Apprenticeships within the work place. He has taught at the Ashford School of Art and Design, South Kent College and delivered courses for West Kent College and Learn Direct. He holds his D32 and D33 assessors qualifications as well as his Advanced Certificate in Education from Canterbury Christ Church University College. Brian is also a qualified Licentiate member of the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers SWPP

His main interests are visual language, semiotics and semantics. As well as being interested in advertising and the psychology involved in advertising. Brian is also interested in social psychology and body language.

He firmly believes that all images have a narrative just waiting to be told, and that the photographer is no more that a story teller. The better the skill of the photographer the better the story the image will tell.
